The meaning of ENSŌ

In Zen, the 円相 ensō is a single circle painted in one breath — a symbol of presence, simplicity and the beauty of the imperfect. We built a matcha house around that idea.

Every tin is filled with shade-grown leaves from Japan, deseeded, destemmed and slow-milled on granite stones into a jewel-green powder. Nothing added. Nothing rushed. Just the ritual — now at home in Dubai.

Yes. We offer next-day delivery in Dubai and shipping across all the Emirates. Delivery is free on retail orders over AED 250.
Is ENSŌ matcha halal and vegan?+
Our matcha is 100% plant-based with nothing but stone-ground green tea — no additives, no sugar, no animal products. (Formal halal certification status to be confirmed before launch.)
What is the difference between ceremonial and daily grade?+
Ceremonial grade uses tender first-harvest leaves, best whisked simply with water. Daily / culinary grade is bolder and built to shine in lattes, smoothies and baking.
How should I store it?+
Keep the tin sealed, cool and away from light. For best colour and flavour in the Dubai climate, refrigerate after opening and enjoy within a few weeks.
